Our team of in-house designers each specialise in specific design styles. Once we meet you and receive your design brief, we then select the designer that is best suited to meet your design needs.  Our client consultant will then work closely with you and the designer to ensure the design perfectly meets your desires.

Sales Consultants
Unlike the norm, our sales team don’t disappear once the contract is signed. They are involved in the construction of your home from beginning to end. They will be in regular contact throughout the building process to ensure that your needs are being met because they show a genuine interest in ensuring clients are happy.

Pre-Start and Interior Consultants
Our team of interior consultants have years of experience ensuring that your finishes match the quality of your home. They are more than happy to personally accompany you to the various supplier showrooms to assist in the selection of your finishes and colours.

Site Supervisors
Excellent site supervision requires a blend of technical expertise and good organisational and commuication skills with suppliers, tradespeople and clients.  Our supervisors have decades of experience in the industry and all have trade backgrounds as well as having spent time in the office working and communicating with clients. Our site supervisors are very personable and approachable, which is quite rare in the building industry.

Customer Service Liason
The customer service liason is your first point of contact throughout the building process. Once you have selected Belle as your chosen builder you will be assigned and introduced to your personal customer service liason.  They will regularly be in contact to update you on progress and if you ever need assistance or have questions regarding the construction of your home then your customer service liason is there to help.
